JHA Consulting Engineers currently complete over 200 projects each year. Projects range greatly in value from small scale to large scale projects. Typically the electrical components incorporate power, lighting, emergency and exit lightning, fire detection and alarm, voice, data, MATV & Pay TV, security and access control. Often other components are included, such as nurse call systems, duress alarms, CCTV, BMS, building automation, UPS systems, back-up power generation and so on. Project costs range; starting from 6% and as these subsystems increase in complexity, the electrical component of a project become larger and may reach 15% for, say, a data centre.
