Belvedere Apartments, Walker St, North Sydney

JHA are the mechanical, electrical and level 3 services designer for this new 23 storey, 192 apartment premium residential building for Winten Property Group. JHA worked closely with the design team to develop approaches to allow full utilisation of the apartment winter garden balconies, avoiding intrusive air conditioning units.

JHA developed the brief and concept design for this projects mechanical and electrical services and are also delivering detailed documentation for mechanical services.
