Located on a central industrial 3.2ha site in Rydalmere, this facility consolidated operations previously located over three depot sites (Morton St, Mary St & Elizabeth St) and other specialised teams located at Civic Place, Parramatta.

The Operations Centre houses approx. 300 of Parramatta Council’s 770+ workforce, including staff from the Council’s civil & parks maintenance, cleansing, mechanical workshop, sign making & carpentry teams, fleet, animal holding services, design, technical and waste management departments.
