JHA provided electrical (incl. communications, fire and security) services for the Newtown railway station upgrade.
A key achievement included full station LED lighting design and smart lighting control. The upgrade works include; new overbridge concourse with staff facilities, public toilets and ticket office; new lifts and stairs; the refurbishment of 10 heritage retail premises; a new public forecourt; new platform canopy and raised platform.
