Located in Kogarah, St Patrick’s Green comprises of three independent living buildings centering a lush green courtyard. The tallest 11-storey tower includes a residential aged facility on the first four floors, and independent living units above.
This vertical retirement village features community facilities for the residents such as a library, theatrette, gym, hair salon, dining room, cafe, lounge.
JHA delivered mechanical and electrical (including. communications, security and dry fire) services for this project, in an engineering peer review capacity.
