Staged redevelopment of the Uniting Bowden Brae aged care facility in Sydney’s upper north shore.
Delivered over two stages, this project involved alterations and additions to 115 ILUs across 4 buildings, which also accommodate a wellness centre, multi-function communal space, meeting rooms, training rooms, an ILU clubroom and a heated pool.
